amandago - I am in similar boat too. D&C is tomorrow at 7.5 weeks, baby stopped growing around 5.5 weeks. We have 3 frozen, all blasts. Not sure of blast quality. We transferred only 1 embryo, a 1AA, for our fresh cycle (that was our first IVF cycle).

Sad news friends -- We went in for our 2nd u/s today and there was no real growth. I'm at 6.5 weeks and now yolk sac or fetal pole or heartbeat was visible.

So ladies I after that weird fainting episode this weekend and the postitive HPT, I went in for a blood test and ultrasound this AM....AND THE BETA WAS POSITIVE!!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS LADYBUGGGG!!!!! Whoo hoo. The first of us is BFP - that is a good sign for the rest of us! Those are really high numbers - did you put two back in or just one? I think sometimes with twins the numbers are higher earlier.
