First of all I really feel for you and your fiance, My wife is currently pregnant with twin girls and she is 26 weeks. Things were very touch and go with one of our girls for a while so I can imagine what your going through.

Now there is good news and bad news hehe :D

The Good news is I reckon its gonna be twins :) cos our consultant said very severe cases of OHSS and a positve have high chances of multiples ;)

My wife had the exact same thing in Dec - Major OHSS. We were abroad and rang the clinic here back home as my wife was in a lot of discomfort, strange thing was this made them happy... yea errr happy that she was experienceing this. If this flares up after ET then its a very high chance ...
